Update!

First I want to apologize for not posting anything in awhile.  To be honest, nothing that exciting has been going on, so you’re not missing out lol.  I have clients that I take pictures for, but no other big projects going on.  This time of year it always gets a little crazy with holidays and such, JOY (and that was a sarcastic joy lol) ;)  I did get out a few times and managed to squeeze in some pics!

lil' family pic of the three of us :)

The hubby and I met up with one of my friend's who was camping up on Mt. Lemmon at Rose Canyon Lake.

We went and hung out for a little while, walked around the lake and did some fishing.  It’s a gorgeous spot to hike around if fishing’s not your thang.  Once the sun started to set, we went back to their campsite and had dinner by the fire.  Afterwards we packed up our stuff and headed back down the mountain.

You knooooooow I had to stop for some long exposure shots...  I had my husband stop at a couple of my favorite little pull outs and I snapped a few pics.

Them Just hanging out waiting for me :)

Such a gorgeous night!  My hubby and dog Mags are such troopers for just hanging in the car.  Maggie was sleeping and Jeff had his phone to keep him occupied :)

One weekend Jeff and I wanted to go hike around at sunset so we headed out to Tucson Mt. Park.  This was actually the same area we went a different night and I wrote a blog post about those pics here.  We saw a few mule deer and kinda followed them around for a little bit.  It wasn’t the best sunset this day, but it sure was nice out there.

Actually, it was nice enough we went out the following day!  This time we got out there a little earlier so we could hike out further.  We saw a couple very interesting looking cactus and it was another be-a-u-tiful day with my love!

The last thing that happened was my cousin Ashface err, I mean Ashlee came into town and wanted to go take pictures!  I wasn’t going to pass up that request!  There was a spot that I had been eyeing for a little while on Mt. Lemmon (of course), so we hopped in my car and took off.

The road I was wanting to get a shot of was at a weird angle and I couldn’t quite set my camera up (i.e. edge of a cliff).  We did however turn around and notice a nice big opening you could see some cars driving!

One of the hardest things for me about shooting at night sometimes is focusing!!!

Ugh, I can’t tell you how irritating it is to take a sweet-ass shot, only to get home and see it’s out of focus by juuuuuuust a hair.  That’s what happened this night… everything looked good on the back of my camera screen, then BAM, blur.

I manage to get a couple pictures and it was super nice hangin' with my cousin!

Can't decide if I like the black & White or color better...

Thanks for checking in!  I’ll try to keep up with posting and showing you guys what I’m doing more.  Sometimes I just think “nah, no one would care about this”.  But I have to remember not everyone sees what I do, so I might as well share!  I hope you guys are having an awesome day, oh annnnnd have a Happy New Year!!!
